Using KnotSnap

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for what happens on your wedding page — the details you publish, and who you share the link with. Treat the link like an invitation.
• Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Content — yours stays yours

• You and your guests keep ownership of the photos, messages, and details you add. We don't claim any rights over them and we never use them for anything except running the service for you.
• By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share that content, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
• We host your content so we can show it on your page; that's the only licence you give us, and it ends when you delete it.

What's not allowed

Don't use KnotSnap to upload or share anything that is:

• illegal, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
• sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a shared celebration;
• someone else's content you don't have permission to use;
• spam, malware, or an attempt to break, overload, or probe the service.

Couples can moderate, hide, or delete anything shared to their page, and guests can report a photo, which takes it off the live screen and flags it for the couple. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep KnotSnap running and your memories safe, but it's a free service and we can't promise it will be perfect or never go down. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you — download the full gallery from your dashboard any time. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost data, missed uploads, or indirect losses.

Free service & changes

KnotSnap is currently free. If that ever changes, we'll tell you clearly and in advance — we won't start charging for something you're already using without warning. We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

Ending your use

You can delete your account any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes your pages and everything on them. We may close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.

Buying prints

• Printed keepsakes (like a QR display card) are an optional paid extra — the core KnotSnap service stays free.
• Orders are fulfilled by our print partner, Prodigi, and paid via PayPal. The full price, including any delivery, is shown before you pay.
• Refunds and cancellations: prints are personalised and made to order, so once an order is in production it generally can't be cancelled or refunded. The exception is if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially not as ordered — in that case we'll arrange a reprint or refund. Report any issue within a reasonable window (30 days of delivery) to hello@knotsnap.com.
• Print colour: screens and printers differ, so printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Minor colour variation isn't a defect.
• Rights: by ordering a print, you confirm you have the right to print the photos or content you're ordering.
• Delivery: delivery times are estimates provided by the print partner and carrier, not a guarantee.
